Miles (1839-1925, U.S. Army) in 1877 in the Bear Paw Mountains, Montana Territory; inherited by General Miles' children, Cecelia Miles Reber (Mrs. Samuel K. Reber, 1869-1952) and Major Sherman Miles (1882-1966); donated to MAI in 1925.
